Refund Policy

Last updated: 5 November 2026

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are handled by Paddle on our behalf. This policy is part of our Terms and Conditions.

Refund window

If you change your mind, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment for Guidbit or the Guidbit tuning service. This applies to the first payment after the free trial, to every yearly renewal, and to the tuning service. The free trial itself is separate and lasts one month. We will refund the full amount, including tax, to the payment method you used. A refund of a licence ends access to that licence.

For example, a payment taken on 1 April can be refunded on request until 15 April.

How to ask for a refund

If you just want a refund, ask Paddle. Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or go to https://paddle.net. Paddle handles refund requests on our behalf.

The free trial

A Guidbit licence starts with a one-month free trial. Paddle's buyer terms (on paddle.com) set how the trial ends and is cancelled. If you do not cancel, the first payment after the trial can be refunded within 14 days, as set out above.

Cancelling

Paddle manages subscriptions on our behalf, and Paddle's buyer terms (on paddle.com) set how they renew and are cancelled. You can cancel a yearly licence at any time through the link in your Paddle emails, or at https://paddle.net. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, and you keep access until then.

If something is wrong

If Guidbit is not working for you, or something else is wrong, talk to us at sunny@voidtoverse.com. We would like to put it right, and we are happy to help. Where the law gives you a right to a refund or a remedy, that right is not affected by this policy. If you decide to dispute a charge with your bank, please contact Paddle at https://paddle.net first, so it can be put right.

Free launch codes

Free launch codes cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Consulting

Consulting work is agreed individually in writing. The agreement sets the fee, the scope and what happens if the work is not delivered.
